Senior Chef de Partie
Job Type: Full-time – circa 43 hours per week
Starting salary from £30k – £32k, dependant on experience
We are looking for a senior chef de partie to join our professional brigade. We have lots of staff with over 15 years service and this is testimony to a great team spirit at the Dial.
– Assist in maintaining all food safety and quality standards
– Day to day workings of a busy commercial kitchen
– Ability to follow all food safety, H&S and hygiene standards
– High food quality standards
– High food preparation standards
– High presentation quality
– Working as part of a large brigade
– Ability to work in a tidy, organised a clean environment
– Positive attitude
– Good listening and training skills
– A desire on continue to learn and develop
– The ability to help motivate a team and create a great team spirit
– The ability to adapt to an ever evolving monthly menu change
– A passion for great food
– Hard working and leads by example
– Experience essential
The role requires the applicant to live within a reasonable commute location
