Do I have to book to come to The Dial? – No, we offer walk-ins everyday we are open but we recommend booking as it is nice to know that you’re coming.
Can I come in for a drink? – Yes! Anytime we are open it is ok to come in for drinks but everything is table service, so please wait as you come in and we will find you a seat.
Can I book for drinks? – Yes, please call us or it is always quicker to get booked in online through our website.
Do you sell Gift vouchers? – We sure do, please visit our website or pop in to purchase.
Do you have a dress code? – Many of our guests like to dress up to come to The Dial. Therefore we have a smart-casual dress code.
Are you closed on Mondays? – Yes, Monday is our day of rest!
Do you have disabled access? – Yes we do, the entrance is all on street level.
Do you have a downstairs/disabled toilet? – Yes, please ask a member of staff to direct you to it.
I have food allergies can you cater for me? – We can cater for most allergies & take food safety extremely seriously, please make us aware of any allergies at the time of ordering and we will guide you to what will be suitable for your allergies.
Do you serve Sunday roasts? – Yes! Every Sunday & we have a different menu that runs on Sunday only.
Do you accommodate large parties? – Yes, we have an area which is perfect for a family or friends celebration which seats up to 44 people. Please call us for more information.
Do you have a large party menu? – Yes, we have a large party fixed price menu which is for tables of 10 or more.
How often do you change your menu? – The menu changes pretty much every 6 weeks.
Do you accept American Express? – Unfortunately not.
Does 25% off tapas on a Thursday run all day? – Yes, the offer runs 12-8pm but is only available for tables less than 10 people.
How many plates of tapas do you recommend as a main course? – Between 2/3 per person, but remember you can always order more!
Does 20% off the entire menu on a Tuesday & Wednesday run all day? – Yes the offer runs 12-8pm & includes Value, Dessert & Kids menus! But only available for tables less than 10 people.
Do you serve Breakfast? – Sadly not, we only serve breakfast on Christmas Eve & New Years Eve.
Are you hiring? – We recommend keeping an eye on our social media/website for posts advertising current positions or pop in and say hi to us.
How old do I have to be to work at The Dial? – min age is 16.
Can I bring decorations for my table? – The only thing we say no to is table confetti as it can stain our tables if it gets wet.
Can I bring a cake for my friends birthday? – Yes of course! A birthday wouldn’t be complete without cake!
I’ve booked a table online and not received a confirmation text or email? – This means that you haven’t completed the booking after entering your card details. Either try again or call us on 01283 544644
Are children allowed in The Dial? – Yes we are a family restaurant!
Do you have a Children’s menu? – Yes! Please visit our website to view.
Do you have highchairs? – Yes, please let us know at the time of booking if you require a highchair or space for pram.
Where is the best place to park? – We recommend parking in Coopers Square shopping centre car park & we are just through the short alleyway next to the Guitar Superstore.
Do you allow dogs in The Dial? – We allow guide & assistance dogs only.
Do you allow vaping or smoking of e-cigerettes? Vaping & smoking must be done strictly outside on our roof terrace.
