Chef de Partie
Job Type: Full-time – circa 43 hours per week
Salary: £25k – £29k per year – depending on experience
The kitchen has gone through recent renovation’s, that include some of the latest cooking technology, to help the brigade satisfy customer demand and develop the menu. We have undergone the introduction of new chef rota patterns that provide a great work life balance for all our brigade.
We are looking for a chef de partie to join our professional brigade. We have lots of staff with over 15 years service and this is testimony to a great team spirit at the Dial.
– All staff have Christmas Day and New Year’s Day off
– Assist in maintaining all food safety and quality standards
– Day to day workings of a busy commercial kitchen
– Ability to follow all food safety, H&S and hygiene standards
– High food quality standards
– High food preparation standards
– High presentation quality
– Working as part of a large brigade
– Ability to work in a tidy, organised a clean environment
– Positive attitude
– Good listening and training skills
– A desire on continue to learn and develop
– The ability to help motivate a team and create a great team spirit
– The ability to adapt to an ever evolving monthly menu change

– Hard working and leads by example
