We are devastated that we can’t reopen on the 2nd December, however we fully understand. We all need to get through this together and once we are given the green light to reopen, we will be more ready than ever. All of our new menus have been written, the chefs can’t wait to get started with their prep work, but we’ve obviously cancelled all of our deliveries for next week. We know you will love all the new dishes and can’t wait to show them off.
Our halls are all fully decked in anticipation of opening at some point in December! You never know, January could be the new December for the restaurant world! We are fully aware that there are gift vouchers expiring this month and next. We will extend and honour all of these, please don’t worry about this. Gift vouchers are still available to purchase through our website and they are posted out within 48 hours of ordering. The perfect Christmas gift for all of those itching to dine out when this nightmare is over!
We are all responsible for helping move Staffordshire’s tier rating and in turn contribute to saving lives. Together we can get Burton on Trent back to some sort of normality, if we all work together and think about the people around you. You can be rest assured that when we reopen we will be following the same rigid safety systems that we operated with prior to lockdown, whilst at the same time offering as much normality to peoples lives as we are able.
A big thank you to all of our staff and customers for supporting the Dial’s safety systems, we cannot wait to get open and welcome all of our fantastic customers back. When we look back at the last few months, it does make you realise just how lucky we are to have the customers we have. Thank you for all of your support, your patience and your understanding, you are all brilliant and we will never take you for granted.
We will hopefully get the chance to see you all before Christmas, just stay safe in the meantime. There has been nothing normal about this year and Christmas will be no different, let’s just make the damn most of it.
Miss you all
